Rules
This is a space where sensual energy is welcomed, not rushed. We honor erotic innocence, erotic maturity, and everything in between.
Here’s what keeps the garden sacred:
– Sensual energy is welcome, but this is not about sex
– No male ejaculation — we move slowly, staying with the waves
– No penetration with lingam (or toys)
– No oral sex
– Underwear stays on — sliding aside is okay, full nudity is not
– Focus is on eros — within yourself, and in connection with others
– Come sober and substance-free — stay grounded in your body
– Hygiene matters — arrive freshly showered, with clean clothes and trimmed nails, smell amazingly but no exaggeration of perfume/cologne
– The space is safe for monogamous couples, open relationships, and single guests
– Respect the temple: no pressure, no expectation, and always with consent

I’m Anna Eden, an Intimacy Coach with a lust for life, here to support deeper connection with yourself, your body, your purpose, and each other. I create transformative spaces for connection, intimacy, and aliveness.
Before this path called me, I spent over a decade moving through the worlds of fashion, retail, advertising, NGOs, and startups. I worked in communications, marketing, content, and strategy—but always circling the same core: how we connect. How we create meaning.

I’m here to create spaces where we get to be human. Fully.
Over the years, I’ve guided more than 800 men and women through this work through 1:1 coaching, workshops and courses—supporting them to feel more at home in themselves, more open in love, and more rooted in who they are.
I’m from Sweden and have strong ties to my culture and origin, but my soul is curious and I’ve lived across the world, traveling, exploring. Currently based in Amsterdam.
