One big mistake in bed…

…is underrating stillness.

There’s so much magic in stillness. Lately I’ve experienced this when receiving energy healing as well as in more intimate sexual meetings.

A hand on my belly, seemingly still, yet so much movement within me, like electricity shooting up through my body, emotions boiling up to the surface. Moans and humming sounds leaving my mouth, relieved to move, to be released. Tears streaming down my face, legs shaking. A warm blanket of pure vulnerability and a feeling of being safe, being held by the masculine.

Presence and stillness invite such powerful release. Do you dare to take her there? Do you have the power to take her there?

Sometimes intimacy and sex doesn’t have to be doing. I spoke to a friend recently about the immense power in orgasm from stillness. When he’s inside and there is no movement, but heart connection, pure intention, presence, then an explosion beyond this realm can take place, connecting each other and connecting to the cosmos. So yummy!

As a kizomba teacher I like to teach the leader to start the dance by putting his hands on the woman’s back without any movements, to connect and ground, to create the stable frame and signal “I’ve got you”.

When you do less, when you step into your pure masculine presence, when you breathe with her, when you tune into her so that you can pick up on all the small sensations she’s expressing, you enter another level of connection.

Can you feel her feminine essence?

Can you hold space for her to express, let her feel fully, to let her chaos unfold with the help of your awareness and love?

Can you hold space for her to express, let her feel fully, to let her chaos unfold with the help of your awareness and love?

Next time you’re intimate with the feminine, I invite you to allow more stillness, pausing, pure presence, and to trust your intuition in that. Lead her into a quiet space of attention where she can let go, surrender and heal.

I’m so glad you’re here.
